Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Patient Service Technician to deliver medical equipment to homecare patients, provide clear usage guidance and ensure user comfort with the equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ years old, and a clean driving record with at least three years of driving history. You will log deliveries, perform basic vehicle checks, and support scheduling while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• Valid Driver’s License at all times and successful completion of Driver Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment, oxygen and supplies for delivery.
• Deliver equipment to homecare patients and instruct on proper use; assist with troubleshooting.
• Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and daily inspections; report issues to leadership.
• Respond to critical situations during business hours and on-call basis.
• May assist with scheduling daily deliveries and pickups.
