Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Able to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
• Able to pass a background and drug test.
• Capable of working in a tobacco free environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Caring and personable demeanor.
• 2+ years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to each patient's home or healthcare facilities to deliver equipment.
• Load and unload supplies.
• Provide instruction for each piece of equipment and answer questions from patients or families.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and compassionately.
