Job summary

Physician's Choice Home Medical Supply, LLC is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Technician to deliver medical equipment to patients' homes or healthcare centers. You will load and unload supplies and provide instruction on equipment, while maintaining compassionate patient communication.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license and an impeccable driving record, can lift up to 90 lbs, and can pass background and drug testing.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and impeccable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Capable of working in a tobacco free environment.
• 2+ years of experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.
• Load and unload supplies.
• Provide instruction for each piece of equipment.
• Answer questions from patients or families about equipment and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and compassionately.
