Job summary

WilBea Medical Equipment is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver/Technician to deliver medical equipment to patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. You will load and unload supplies and provide clear equipment instructions while upholding exceptional service and empathy toward patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• 2+ years in delivery or DME is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment to patients' homes or healthcare facilities.
• Load and unload supplies during deliveries.
• Provide equipment operation instructions and training as needed.
• Address patient questions and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a courteous, safe, and compliant delivery service.
