Quipt Home Medical, Corp. is seeking a dedicated Medical Equipment Technician/Delivery Driver to provide compassionate in-home equipment setup, patient instruction, and reliable delivery services.

The role includes loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment while ensuring safety and on-time communication with dispatch. Responsibilities cover daily route execution, documentation, and adherence to DOT guidelines as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous DME experience or relevant experience preferred.
• Pass background check for location.
• Drug screening (DOT where applicable) and other standard verifications.
• DOT physical where applicable and annual checks required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients and sets up equipment.
• Instructs patients on proper care and use of equipment and resolves problems.
• Handles daily delivery targets and maintains accurate driver logs.
• Completes vehicle inspections and verifies load before leaving.
• Maintains and updates driver management system throughout the day.
• Responds to emergency calls and on-call orders as defined by leadership.
• Adheres to safety protocols and uses PPE during deliveries.
