Job summary

WilBea Medical Equipment is seeking a full-time Medical Equipment Technician/Delivery Driver to deliver equipment to patients' homes and healthcare facilities across Starkville, MS. You will load, unload, and demonstrate equipment, while providing compassionate customer service.

The role requires a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 90 lbs, and the capacity to pass background and drug screening. Prior DME experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass a background and drug screening.
• Capable of working in a tobacco-free environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Caring and personable demeanor.
• 2+ years in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes or healthcare facilities to deliver equipment.
• Load and unload supplies safely.
• Provide instructions for each piece of equipment to patients/families.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Maintain excellent customer service during deliveries.

Skills
