Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Delivery Technician to deliver durable medical equipment to patients in their homes. You will load and unload equipment, train patients on basic usage, and complete daily delivery logs as part of our home-care service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year related experience, and a valid driver's license with a strong driving history. Training programs and safety compliance are provided by Apria Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least one year related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment to patients' homes.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory equipment and DME within regulatory limits.
• Load/unload equipment from delivery vehicle and complete delivery logs.
• Respond to emergency delivery calls and on-call needs.
• Maintain patient profiles and paperwork; report any unsafe home conditions.
