Johns Hopkins Care at Home in Baltimore, MD seeks a Service Specialist II to manage equipment delivery and related duties. This full-time role includes home visits for equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals, and requires accurate paperwork and strong customer service.

You will help maintain fleet safety, perform warehouse tasks, and meet supervisor expectations. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with no points are required, with six months of home care or DME experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months of home care or DME experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license with no points.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and/or pick up medical equipment, supplies or pharmaceuticals to patients' homes or places of discharge.
• Ensure completion of all applicable paperwork is accurate, legible and meets regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform distribution service and warehouse duties according to Johns Hopkins Pharmaquip policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment, including fleet vehicle safety.
• Meet or exceed supervisor's communicated expectations.
