SuperCare Health in Fairfield, CA is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver, set up, educate patients, and pick up durable medical equipment for home care. You will also maintain Delivery Track and complete associated paperwork after each delivery.

The role requires loading gear, following safety rules, and communicating with dispatch. Extensive travel to patient homes is expected, with on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• DOT certification (optional).
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Aufgaben

• Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time.
• Delivers respiratory, medical equipment and supplies to patients or clients.
• Loads equipment, oxygen systems, and related supplies on to a delivery vehicle.
• Presents SuperCare Health through professional personal appearance and patient care activities.
• Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all serial numbers are listed and all paperwork is scanned into system.
• Communicates back with dispatch and or patient if ETA cannot be met.
• Promotes teamwork among team members and supports other locations as needed.
• Understand and adheres to all SuperCare Health company policies.
