Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to provide in-home delivery of durable medical equipment to Apria patients. The role includes packing, delivering, and returning items, and may involve instructing patients on basic equipment use.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and a minimum three-year driving history. The job requires physical capability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
• At least one year related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment to patients’ homes as part of Apria Healthcare.
• Pull, pack, deliver and pick up medications, supplies and basic equipment.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and other equipment as permitted by state licensure.
• Load/unload equipment onto delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle logs and paperwork.
