Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years driving history. English proficiency and driver training completion are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related delivery/healthcare experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of three years of driving history.
• English language skills (reading, writing, verbal) required.
• Successful completion of the company Driver Training Program or DOT/FDA-related standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver durable medical equipment and supplies to patients in the home.
• Instruct patients on basic use of respiratory and medical equipment.
• Load and unload equipment from delivery vehicle; perform routine vehicle checks.
• Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Distribute paperwork to appropriate personnel; maintain patient profiles.
• Notify supervisor of safety concerns in the patient's home and assist with equipment repair as needed.
