Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician in Peoria, AZ to deliver and set up medical equipment for homecare patients. You will educate patients on equipment operation and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries with excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a willingness to operate on-call and a minimum of one year of related experience. Lifting, driving and routine vehicle checks are all part of the job in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one-year related work experience required.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload medical equipment, oxygen and supplies onto and off of delivery vehicles.
• Deliver medical equipment to homecare patients; including setting up the equipment and instructing patients on its use.
• Proactively communicate estimated arrival times to patients/families to prevent service failures.
• Complete daily delivery logs, pick-up and delivery forms, reimbursement documents and vehicle maintenance logs.
