Job summary

Accendra Health seeks a Patient Service Technician to deliver and pickup homecare equipment, set up devices for patients, and provide basic instructions. The role includes daily routing, on-call shifts, and on-site vehicle maintenance. The position requires a valid license and DOT compliance.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 1+ year experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Training is provided, with a 4-day schedule and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving history required.
• Successful completion of Apria Healthcare's Driver Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up equipment from homecare patients.
• Set up equipment and instruct patients on basic use.
• Schedule daily deliveries and pickups by territory.
• Load/unload durable medical equipment and supplies.
• Complete daily logs and maintenance forms; report issues.
• Maintain vehicle logs and comply with DOT and regulatory rules.
