Accendra Health is seeking a Patient Service Technician to deliver and pick up homecare equipment from patients’ residences. The role focuses on safe operation, patient instruction, and timely scheduling of deliveries and pickups.

The position emphasizes regulatory compliance, detailed documentation, and reliability in a fast-paced homecare environment across our Apria-associated network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year related work experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Successful completion of Driver Training Program.
• Must meet job-related regulatory requirements (DOT, FDA, Joint Commission).

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up equipment from homecare patients and instructs on basic use.
• Schedules daily deliveries and pickups; loads/unloads equipment.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and documents for driver qualification files.
• Keeps daily logs, paperwork, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Responds to emergency delivery calls as needed and on-call basis.
• Maintains vehicle condition and performs routine maintenance checks.
