Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes across the Phoenix Metro area. You will educate patients on equipment use, ensure safe operation, and provide compassionate, reliable customer service while supporting a close-knit team with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 lbs, completing delivery logs, maintaining vehicle readiness, and participating in routine equipment cleaning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year related work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs in daily deliveries and setups.
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes.
• Provide clear, compassionate instruction on equipment use and operation.
• Offer strong customer service and support to patients relying on the equipment.
• Load/unload equipment from the delivery vehicle and complete logs.
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed.
