Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc is seeking a Customer Service Technician to assist with delivery, setup and maintenance of home medical equipment and supplies. You will educate patients and caregivers on safe usage and maintain records for billing and service.

You may handle call-center tasks and walk-in customers, coordinating with location staff to ensure timely service and adherence to safety policies.
