Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team and ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients. You will also provide equipment setup and patient education on proper use, following established routes and safety procedures.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of driving experience, a valid license, and strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members. This role includes on-call shifts in evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA paperwork preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home medical equipment to patients following established routes and schedules.
• Provide equipment setup and patient education on proper use.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and ensure safety during loading/unloading.
• Adhere to transportation laws and safety policies.
• Contribute to on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
