Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and to educate patients on equipment use. You will follow orientation checklists, adhere to routes, and maintain safety standards while building strong patient relationships.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 1 year of driving experience, and a valid license; on-call duties occur evenings and weekends in alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience; healthcare background is a plus.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and meet DOT/FMCSA paperwork requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment following orientation checklists.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules and maintain safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety and cleanliness.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends to respond to medical needs.
