You will educate patients and caregivers to ensure safe use and independence. You will conduct assessments, maintain equipment, and handle documentation while complying with HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, field-based, or healthcare experience preferred.
• 1 year of healthcare technician/delivery/field service with customer interaction preferred.
• Senior level requires 2 years of relevant experience including 1 year in a similar role; valid driver's license required.

Aufgaben

• Develop knowledge of HME products, services and regulations.
• Perform patient assessments to support ongoing care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Deliver, set up, retrieve, and maintain equipment per policy.
• Maintain oxygen systems and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Complete documentation accurately to support patient care and reimbursement.
• Operate company vehicle safely and participate in on-call rotation.
