Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, field-based, or healthcare experience preferred.
• One year of healthcare technician, military service, or related experience preferred.
• Senior level requires two years of relevant experience, including one year in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of HME products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Perform patient assessments and re-assessments to support ongoing care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and troubleshooting of respiratory and HME equipment.
• Deliver, set up, retrieve, and maintain equipment in accordance with policies and safety standards.
• Maintain home oxygen systems and respond to equipment issues, including emergencies.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely to support patient care and reimbursement.
