Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and to set up devices for patients, while educating them on proper use. You will follow routes, maintain vehicle safety, and build strong patient relationships.

The role requires at least one year of professional driving, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Evening/weekend on-call shifts are required, with on-call incentives and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Valid driver's license required and DOT/FMC regulations knowledge.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate delivery vehicle safely.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with laws.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle and loading/unloading safety.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and teammates.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean and FDA compliant.
• Work on-call evening/weekend shifts for emergencies.
• Deliver and educate patients on equipment use; ensure timely service.
