Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment, provide setup, and educate patients on equipment use. You will follow patient orientations, maintain routes, and uphold safety standards while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of professional driving experience; healthcare background is a plus. On-call shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a valid driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and ensure safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and team members.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings/weekends for emergencies.
