Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe, timely delivery of home medical equipment and provide equipment setup and patient education. You will follow orientation checklists, maintain routes, and uphold safety standards while serving patients and collaborating with internal teams.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of driving experience; healthcare background is a plus. Valid license and ability to lift 50+ lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle for safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain relations with patients and team members.
• Keep delivery vehicle and warehouse clean and compliant with FDA protocols.
• Participate in on-call rotation for evenings/weekends as needed.
