Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, with setup and patient education on equipment use.

Responsibilities include following routes, inspecting vehicles, maintaining safety, and supporting on-call rotations in evenings and weekends. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience; a healthcare background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of professional driving experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds independently and more with assistance.
• Familiarity with DOT and FDA paperwork is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home medical equipment to patients safely and on schedule.
• Provide equipment setup and educate patients on proper use.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and company policies.
• Maintain delivery vehicle safety and cleanliness; perform basic inspections.
• Establish positive relationships with patients and team members.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings/weekends as needed.
