Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment. You will set up equipment at patients' homes, educate on proper use, and rotate on-call shifts to address emergencies while maintaining professional patient interactions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of driving experience. A health care background is a plus, with physical requirements including lifting heavy loads and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience, required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds unassisted; able to lift 15 lbs over shoulder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and train patients on home medical equipment safely.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with all laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and assist with loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain positive relations with patients and team members.
• Follow FDA protocols and maintain vehicle/warehouse cleanliness.
• Work on-call rotation during evenings and weekends for emergencies.
