Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, ensuring safe, on-time delivery of home medical equipment to patients, with equipment setup and patient education on proper use.

Key responsibilities include following routes, maintaining a clean, safe delivery vehicle, and building strong relations with patients and staff. The role requires physical ability, valid license, and willingness to work on-call; we offer comprehensive benefits, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during loading/unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address patient medical emergencies.
