Job summary

Lincare Holdings Inc. is hiring a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment, provide equipment setup, and educate patients on proper use. The role emphasizes patient interaction, safety, and adherence to regulations.

The position includes on-call rotation and opportunities for growth within a supportive, benefits-rich environment. A valid driver’s license and one year of driving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have good people skills with clear speaking and writing abilities.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Home care/healthcare exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Build positive relations with patients and team members.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean and compliant with FDA/DOT.
• Work on-call rotation evenings/weekends as needed.
