Lincare Holdings Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, including equipment setup and patient education on proper use. The role involves following patient orientation checklists, maintaining routes, and abiding by DOT/FDA regulations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of driving experience, and a valid license. CDL not required for non-CDL drivers, with on-call shifts in evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Inspect and maintain company-delivered vehicle, ensuring safety during loading and unloading.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to FDA protocols.
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies in accordance with company and local policies.
