Job summary

Lincare Holdings is hiring a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment. You will set up equipment, educate patients on proper use, and follow patient orientation checklists.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of professional driving experience. Home care experience is a plus, with on-call rotations in evenings and weekends. This role emphasizes customer service and safety in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs unaided.

Responsibilities

• Follow complete patient orientation checklists during delivery and training
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Inspect and maintain company-provided delivery vehicle, ensuring safety during the loading and unloading process
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with patients and internal team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle and warehouse, adhering to all FDA protocols
• Work on-call rotation during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies in accordance with company and local policies
