Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team, ensuring safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, including setup and patient education on device use.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of professional driving experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates should be customer‑oriented, able to lift 50+ pounds, and comfortable working on‑call rotations to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to routes and schedules.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle; ensure safety loading/unloading.
• Build strong relationships with patients and internal teams.
• Keep vehicle and warehouse clean and FDA compliant.
• Work on-call rotations during evenings/weekends for emergencies.
