Job summary

Lincare is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure safe and timely delivery of home medical equipment to patients, including equipment setup and patient education on proper use.

Role involves following orientation checklists, adhering to routes, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing excellent customer service. On-call rotations in evenings/weekends are required; drivers must lift heavy items and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience required.
• Home care/health care background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with regulations.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment.
• Build and maintain positive relations with patients and team members.
• Assist with loading/unloading and FDA/DOT paperwork as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations during evenings and weekends.
