Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to inquiries; triages and routes to appropriate departments.
• Coordinates patient intake and order processing by gathering referral information and entering data into the EMR.
• Manages delivery and fulfillment of medical equipment and supplies, coordinating with delivery staff for timely service.
• Supports patient discharges and transitions of care with hospital liaisons to set up equipment.
• Provides one-on-one patient education, fittings, and ensures equipment matches physician orders.
• Processes POS transactions by entering orders, collecting payments, and coordinating delivery or pickup.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and third-party billing requirements and privacy regulations.
