Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to maintain property appearance, complete service requests, and perform preventative care on HVAC systems. You will also repair exterior and roof damage while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and extensive handyman skills, with the strength to lift heavy items and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater (100 lbs).
• Ability to pass background check and post-offer drug screen.
• Cooperative and collaborative, able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
