Clayton is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service problems in manufactured housing and provide excellent customer service to homeowners. You will perform general maintenance, respond promptly to service calls, and complete repairs thoroughly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
