• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; knowledge of mortgage underwriting and lending guidelines

Responsibilities

• Generate mortgage loans and contact realtors, developers, and contractors about institution mortgage programs
• Counsel prospective mortgage customers and take applications
• Prepare documentation and make recommendations on mortgage loans
• Communicate loan decisions to customers and ensure closing procedures are followed
