You'll start the journey, educate applicants, and set the stage for a successful partnership with our team. Most leads come from marketing, so you’ll rarely cold-call, focusing on qualifying and guiding interested buyers.

No mortgage background is required; training is provided. You’ll engage borrowers, review credit online, explain rates and terms, and manage paperwork

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn mortgage processes and guide borrowers clearly.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and meeting sales goals.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS licensure with employer support.

Responsibilities
