Royal United Mortgage LLC is hiring a motivated Loan Advisor. You will reach out to prospective clients by phone, listening to goals and designing customized loan options to fit needs, then coordinating with all parties in the homebuying process to ensure a successful closing.

We provide a paid hands-on training program, education and support, and a clear path for promotions from within. Previous mortgage experience is not required, and top performers can earn $100,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and an interest in developing a sales career.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Paid hands-on training program provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (warm leads provided).
• Prepare and present tailored mortgage products based on customer needs.
• Educate customers through a consultative sales process.
• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with clients through closing.
• Collaborate with co-signors, realtors, title companies, and others as appropriate.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with leadership support.
