• Partner with loan processors and underwriters to collect documentation, resolve issues, and keep loan files moving toward deadlines.
• Evaluate customer financial backgrounds and homeownership goals to recommend mortgage options that align with their needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with applicants, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Open new loans and complete mortgage transactions in accordance with credit, BSA, CIP, and OFAC policies and procedures.
