Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer for a growing financial institution in Charleston, SC. You will meet with borrowers, assess their financial backgrounds, and guide them from application through closing, helping clients select suitable mortgage products.

You will educate borrowers on rates and requirements, review documents, and coordinate with processors and underwriters to keep loans moving while maintaining ongoing communication and building lasting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and documentation.
