JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Home Lending Assistant to support customers through the loan lifecycle within the Chase Home Lending team. You will be the primary contact, assist with prequalification, process applications, and coordinate with Home Lending Advisors.

This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaboration with realtors and processors, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering a smooth borrower experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• At least four years' mortgage loan processing experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and adaptability to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiries for prequalification and complete loan applications.
• Discuss products and pricing with Home Lending Advisor(s).
• Review complex files and resolve issues before submission.
• Manage pipeline and communicate updates to advisors and borrowers.
• Coordinate submissions with realtors and builders to close loans.
• Support marketing to buyers, sellers, realtors, and builders.
• Set annual loan production targets with Home Lending Advisor(s).
