Job summary

Rauch, Inc. is seeking a Home Leader - Supported Living to supervise direct support professionals and oversee daily operations in a Supported Living home.

You will promote independence, health and safety while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services for individuals served. The role combines direct support with supervisory duties, coordinating staff, transportation, finances, and access to medical appointments.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision: provide day-to-day supervision, guidance and support to DSPs; assist with staff training; provide coaching and feedback; ensure staffing coverage; assist in staffing and scheduling.
• Service delivery: support individuals in daily living, facilitate community participation, transportation, and activities; assist with budgeting and documentation.
• ISP oversight: monitor progress, collaborate with teams, ensure goal tracking and medication records; support staff in documentation.
• Documentation & administrative duties: complete logs, medication records, safety checks, billing forms; maintain client and staff records.
