Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Active state certification with Board of Registration in Pharmacy in Massachusetts.
1+ years related work experience required.
Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups of professionals.
Experience with computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Responsibilities

Preparation, storage and distribution of compounded & non compounded items.
Inventory control and compliance audits with patients via phone or electronic communication.
Insurance billing and patient collections.
Provide internal and external customer service.
Maintain pharmacy records and handle ordering/receiving of medications.
Follow all policies and procedures; work in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate compounding with pharmacy team and ensure accuracy of records.
