Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meet State Board of Pharmacy requirements where applicable.
• Pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting preferred.
• State Board of Pharmacy registration if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Clean and maintain work areas per USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Label, document, and ensure proper containerization of drugs.
• Monitor environmental conditions and document readings.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to prevent shortages.
• Document activities in On Track Task Logs and Care Tend.
• Conduct patient follow-up communications and record findings.
• Report incidents and uphold safety and quality standards.
