Job summary

Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate care to patients in their homes or infusion suites, under a physician's plan of care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compliant treatment and timely documentation.

Responsibilities include administering therapies, educating patients and families, and updating care plans as patient status evolves. Travel to patient homes is required, with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory settings.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).
• Proficient with basic computer systems and nursing documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and adjusts infusion plans of care at home or infusion suite.
• Provides direct patient care, administers therapies, educates patients and families.
• Communicates changes in patient status to physicians and team.
• Documents care in real-time and coordinates discharge planning when needed.
