Job summary

Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suites. The role ensures patient safety under a physician’s plan of care and operates under structured supervision.

Required is an active RN license with 3–5 years infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory settings and CPR certification. Travel is up to 100% to support patients and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of infusion nursing experience in home or ambulatory setting.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements infusion plan of care and administers medications.
• Assesses patient needs and re-evaluates progress during visits.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurses I as needed.
• Documents care in real time to ensure billing and compliance.
