Naven Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care to patients in the home or infusion suites, under a physician plan. You will provide safe, compliant care and mentor other nurses as needed, ensuring documentation and communication with the clinical team are timely.

Applicants should hold an active RN license, have 3–5 years infusion nursing experience, CPR certification, and be willing to travel as required.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of infusion nursing experience in the home or ambulatory infusion setting.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments. Monitors patient progress.
• Provides direct patient care and administers medications in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs during visits and updates physician on changes in condition.
