Naven Health is seeking a licensed RN to join as an Infusion Nurse II, coordinating and delivering intermediate care in patients’ homes or infusion suites. The role operates under supervision and requires travel as needed to support patient plans of care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with 3–5 years infusion experience, CPR certification, and a commitment to patient-centered care and safe practice. Requires strong documentation and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of infusion nursing experience in the home or ambulatory setting.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and evaluates patient progress toward goals.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care, administers treatments and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on changing patient status or physician orders to achieve goals.
