Naven Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. You will ensure patient safety under a physician’s plan of care, with structured supervision by the assigned supervisor.

The role requires active RN licensure, 3–5 years infusion experience, and CPR certification. Travel to patient locations is expected as part of the job.

Formación

• Active and unrestrict RN license in state of practice.
• 3–5 years infusion nursing experience in home or Ambulatory Infusion Center.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class).

Responsabilidades

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs and relays changes to physician with documentation.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I to ensure safety and compliance.
• Educates patients and families to achieve independence with prescribed therapy.
• Documents care in real-time for billing and care coordination.
