Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Home Health is seeking compassionate registered nurses to deliver high-quality in-home care. You will provide focused, one-on-one nursing in patients' homes, schedule-flexible opportunities, and a supportive environment that emphasizes patient comfort and independence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Ability/Experience with inserting IVs.
• Successful completion of Infusion Test with a grade of 80% or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in home settings.
• Inserts IVs and manages vascular access as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians and care teams in the home setting.
• Complete infusion-related tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
