Hackensack Meridian Health at Home in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Home Infusion RN to deliver professional nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess, treat, and document care, focusing on infusion therapy and IV access, while coordinating with physicians and the care team.

The role requires an RN with infusion experience, strong communication, and computer skills; a BSN is preferred. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered for both full-time and part-time

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
• Ability/Experience with inserting IVs.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Ensure physician orders are followed and documentation updated.
• Document care plans and maintain EMR records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Maintain on-call duties and respond promptly to after-hours messages.
• Adhere to organizational standards and safety guidelines.
